Installation instruction:
- Ensure the engine is cool. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
- Remove the engine cover, microfilter housing, and any other components blocking access.

- Unscrew the bolt holding the solenoid.
- Gently pull or wiggle the solenoid out. Use a plastic tool if needed – avoid damage.
- Remove debris and old O-rings. Clean the bore thoroughly.
- Lightly oil the new O-ring, align the solenoid, and press it in until fully seated.
- Reinsert and tighten the bolt to manufacturer torque specs (do not overtighten).
- Plug the electrical connector back in until it clicks.
- Reinstall removed parts, reconnect the battery, and start the engine. Check for leaks or warning lights.
Installation Tips:
- Always use new O-rings.
- Keep the area clean during installation.
- Use an OBD-II scanner to clear any codes and confirm repair.
